Mike’s Talent Show, 1985-1990
Mike hosts and produces a talent show of downtown luminaries including musicians, writers, and comics. Over the years, guests included Bill Hicks, Fran Lebowitz, Richard Price, Lyle Lovett, Judy Gold, Susie Essman, Steven Wright, Karen Finley, Eric Bogosian, and Kids in the Hall.
